Department Sales Manager

A growing and well-established financial services company is looking for an experienced Sales Department Manager to lead a nationwide B2B sales operation and drive continued business growth.

This is a senior leadership role, reporting directly to the VP of Sales, with responsibility for managing a department of 30~ employees through a layer of team managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a nationwide B2B sales organization.
• Oversee the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation through customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.
• Manage four professional teams: Sales Development, Field Sales, Strategic Accounts & Customer Success, and Implementation & Training.
• Coach and develop team managers and sales leaders.
• Drive performance, productivity, and achievement of business objectives.
• Build and optimize sales processes, KPIs, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Work closely with senior leadership on business strategy and growth initiatives.
• Conduct performance reviews and support employee development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing B2B field sales teams.
• Experience managing managers and multi-layer sales organizations.
• Strong background in selling services rather than physical products.
• Demonstrated success working with business clients, strategic accounts, and long-term customer relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen, leadership skills, and ability to work with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with CRM systems, sales analytics, and performance management.

• Experience in financial services, payments, credit, fintech, merchant services, or related industries.
