We are currently looking for an Affiliate Manager fluent in Arabic to join an established online marketing company based in Herzliya.
Responsibilities:
*Build strong, long-term relationships with existing affiliates through consistent and proactive communication.
*Recruit and onboard affiliates to expand our global network.
*Monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance and traffic quality.
*Collaborate with partners to maximize results through data-driven decisions and win-win strategies.
*Manage traffic planning, budgeting, and buying caps across different geos.
*Negotiate and close traffic-buying deals with new and existing affiliates.
*Maintain control over partner payouts and fraud prevention.
*Stay current with market trends and represent the company at international affiliate events.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years experience as an Affiliate Manager in online industries (e.g., Gaming, Forex) with proven success managing large monthly budgets.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and grow international partnerships in competitive markets.
• Strong negotiation, sales, and relationship management skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Results-oriented mindset with a proactive, self-driven approach.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or additional languages is a plus.
