We’re looking for a PPC Manager who can bring clarity and structure into a complex, multi-disciplinary operation.

This role is all about planning, control, and synchronization – making sure production, procurement, QA.

What you’ll actually do

• Build and manage production plans, monitor execution, and flag delays.
• Oversee BOM updates, revisions, and ensure teams work with the latest data.
• Track procurement and inventory against production needs.
• Create transparency with reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Coordinate between engineering, production, procurement, warehouse, and QA.
• Support multi-disciplinary projects – a strong advantage.

Your background

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management – must.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in production planning in a multi-disciplinary environment – must.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis, reporting, and process improvement – must.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel/Office 365, ERP systems (Priority – advantage).
• Experience building dashboards and KPIs – advantage.
• Excellent communication in Hebrew & English.
