An advertising agency in the north is looking for Performance specialists to lead paid campaigns.

Areas of responsibility:

• Planning, implementation, management and continuous optimization of campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
• Responsibility for budget management while meeting strict KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CPL).
• Data analysis, conducting A/B testing for creative, landing pages and audiences, and implementation of advanced pixels/conversion events.
• Analysis of ad performance, providing reports

Requirements:

• At least three years of experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta, preferably with experience in advertising agencies.
• Proven experience managing large budgets.
• Full proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and setting up advanced conversion tracking.
• Strong understanding of E-commerce and lead-focused campaigns.
• High level English for managing campaigns abroad.

Significant advantages:

• Experience and in-depth familiarity with Shopify platform.
• Experience in Email Marketing and automations.
