Performance Marketing Manager

we are looking for a data-driven PPC Manager to own and scale our paid social performance. This role is central to driving revenue growth through smart, creative-informed campaign management and relentless optimization.
Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of Meta campaigns - our largest and most strategic paid channel
Manage and optimize additional paid social activity across platforms such as TikTok, Pinterest, and Taboola
Run structured A/B tests, analyze performance data, and translate findings into clear, actionable reports
Continuously test new targeting approaches, audiences, and creative formats to identify what drives growth
Identify and pursue new growth opportunities across existing and emerging platforms
Partner closely with creative, retention, and site teams to align campaigns with landing pages and overall user experience

2-5 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads ; experience with additional platforms (TikTok, Pinterest, Taboola) is an advantage
Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset; proficiency in Excel and comfort using AI tools in daily work
BA/BS in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field
Independent, highly motivated, and results-oriented
Fast learner who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
