🎯 Your Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard new affiliate partners to expand our global network
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing partners
• Analyze lead quality and data to optimize performance
• Drive volume and lead acquisition through strategic partnerships
• Negotiate deals and set commercial terms with partners

💡 What You Bring:

• High sales abilities and a proactive, self-motivated approach
• Energetic personality with strong communication skills
• Experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management – a plus
• High-level English – a must (daily work is in English)
• Russian or other languages – a significant advantage
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
