So, what’s the role all about?

Join our global Professional Services team in a high-impact role focused on enabling the successful delivery of Actimize AML and Fraud solutions. As a Field Readiness Lead AML and Fraud, you’ll play a critical role in bridging the gap between Product/R&D and client-facing teams, ensuring our delivery organization is fully prepared to implement new capabilities effectively and confidently. You will drive readiness initiatives across regions, foster cross-functional collaboration, and shape how Actimize solutions are delivered to leading financial institutions worldwide.

How will you make an impact?

• Own the Professional Services readiness lifecycle for AML and Fraud product releases.
• Partner with Product and R&D to understand upcoming features and ensure PS-specific implementation needs are addressed in each release.
• Build and coordinate a global network of Field Readiness Champions to cascade knowledge, standardize implementation practices, and surface local insights.
• Establish feedback loops by capturing field-level observations and communicating actionable insights to Product, R&D, and Enablement teams.
• Maintain readiness dashboards and adoption metrics, delivering clear communication and progress updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Oversee the management and evolution of central knowledge repositories, and solution blueprints are regularly updated and easily accessible.
  
  

Have you got what it takes?

• 6 years of experience in Product Implementation, and or Business Analysis.
• Understanding of AML compliance and Fraud prevention practices within financial services.
• Experience working with Product and Technical teams to translate capabilities into field-consumable format.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex topics clearly and concisely.
• Self-starter with strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Collaborative mindset and a passion for field success and customer outcomes.
