Professional Services Engineer

We are looking for a Professional Services Engineer to join our Professional Services team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can take ownership, work independently, solve complex problems, and collaborate with customers and teams across the company.
Our team works across technical, operational, business, and customer-facing areas, so we are looking for someone versatile, responsible, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:

5+ years of Professional Services / Operations or equivalent experience - a MUST.
Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
Strong SQL skills and experience working with data.
Strong understanding of APIs, HTTP, web technologies, and Internet protocols.
Ability to investigate complex issues independently.
Strong ownership and accountability.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Strong communication skills and confidence working with customers.
Strong written and verbal English.

Responsibilities:

Own technical and operational issues end-to-end.
Troubleshoot complex issues and identify root causes using logs, data, APIs, and system flows.
Understand customer needs and provide practical solutions.
Lead technical and business discussions with customers and internal stakeholders.
Work closely with R&D, Product, Data, and Customer Success.
Build tools, automations, and custom solutions when needed.
Contribute to team knowledge, processes, and ongoing improvements.
Participate in the team’s on-call rotation and take ownership during incidents.

Advantages:

Experience with cloud platforms, monitoring tools, or distributed systems.
Experience in AdTech, SaaS, or high-scale production environments.
Experience in Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
Previous on-call or production incident experience.
