Professional Services Engineer

We are looking for our first Professional Services Engineer to become the go-to expert and day-to-day point of contact for our tailor-made security solution crafted to support "real-time" systems. You will acquire deep knowledge of the product, support its implementation and operational rollout, understand customer needs and challenges, run and document system-level testing, and translate findings into clear information that our technical teams can act on.

A significant part of the role is customer-facing, so we are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a confident professional presence, and the ability to explain and present complex technical systems and findings clearly to technical and non-technical professionals, management, and internal teams.

Work Model: Full-time position requiring regular on-site presence at the customer’s facility in the Shfela area

Requirements:

• Maintain expert-level proficiency of the system’s capabilities, workflows, expected behavior, and operational use cases
• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for questions related to system usage, behavior, and technical needs for the client
• Guide customers through system configuration and implementation on-site, turning their requirements and feedback into actionable input for internal teams
• Provide the customer with ongoing guidance for all system updates and/or functionality to ensure awareness of any impact to their environment and facilitate implementation of enhancements to drive further value
• Develop meaningful relationships with the customer, adopting a consultative and prescriptive approach that inspires trust and confidence
• Investigate and reproduce system issues, document findings, and work with R&D teams to support timely resolution
• Plan and execute end-to-end operational scenarios, system-level tests, and user acceptance processes
• Present the system, technical findings, test results, and system updates to technical and non-technical audiences
• Deliver system demonstrations, user training, and onboarding sessions
• Own and maintain the product handbook, user guides, training materials, operational procedures, and system documentation
• Collect feedback from the field and identify opportunities to improve the product, user experience, and implementation process
  
  

• Experience in Professional services/Technical Support/SOC or other related roles (military experience is welcome!)
• Understanding of general cybersecurity and networking principles
• Hands-on experience operating complex multi-module systems, command and control, or similar complex operational systems
• Excellent customer interaction and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate to diverse audiences, delivering the message in a manner that is concise and professional in both Hebrew and English
• Strong documentation skills and the ability to produce clear, structured, and practical technical content
• A proactive approach. When you don't know how to do something, your first instinct is to research and try to solve it before asking
