Customer Relationship Management Manager

We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager for a temporary position covering maternity leave, to lead and support the transition to a new CRM system based on Microsoft Dynamics 365.

This is a strategic project involving the migration from a legacy CRM system to the latest version of Dynamics. The systems are significantly different, so we’re looking for someone who brings deep expertise in Dynamics CRM and can ensure a smooth onboarding process for business teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the migration process from the legacy CRM to Dynamics 365
• Work closely with business users to align the system implementation with operational needs
• Define detailed specifications and configure the system accordingly
• Improve business processes and translate organizational requirements into system capabilities

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Proven experience in CRM system migration projects
• Strong understanding of process and system analysis
• Business-oriented mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
