Information Technology Engineer

A fast-growing and innovative tech company is looking for a skilled IT Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to join its IT team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Respond to support tickets via email, phone, or in-person
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS operating systems and applications
• Manage user accounts and permissions (Active Directory, Okta, Azure AD)
• Support collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Teams
• Assist with onboarding new employees (laptops, accounts, access setup)
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, LAN)
• Document IT issues and solutions in the helpdesk system
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff as needed
• Contribute to IT projects (system upgrades, migrations, security improvements)
• Implement and manage endpoint management tools (e.g., ManageEngine, Intune, Jamf)
• Create basic automation scripts (PowerShell, Bash) to improve processes

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in IT support/helpdesk – required
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
• Experience with Active Directory, GPO, Azure AD, Okta, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365
• Basic understanding of networking (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• Hands-on experience with endpoint management tools (ManageEngine, Intune, Jamf, etc.)
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Basic scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash) – a plus
• Familiarity with VMware and firewall/switch administration – a plus
• Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE) – a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
