Data Research Analyst

Clalit Innovation is leading the digital health transformation in Israel's largest healthcare organization, dedicated to advancing healthcare through cutting-edge research and collaboration.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data analyst/Researcher to join the Clalit Genomic Center. In this role, you will integrate in genetic findings with electronic health records in to uncover meaningful clinical insights at both the individual and population levels.

Responsibilities

• Generate, manage, combine and analyze genetic and clinical databases.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, data scientists to interpret results, and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Prepare high-quality scientific reports, presentations, and peer-reviewed publications to disseminate research findings to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• BS/BA or above in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, or a related field with a strong emphasis on quantitative research methods.
• At least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
• Proficiency in SQL and statistical programming languages (Python, R).
• Experience working with large-scale healthcare databases.
• Familiarity with clinical genetics and its application.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
• High proficiency in English (written and verbal).
