Continuity is a veteran company with a startup spirit. For over 20 years, we’ve been helping global enterprises stay resilient and recover fast from IT disruptions and cyber incidents. Now, we’re scaling RecoverGuard — our breakthrough recoverability platform — and we’re looking for a hands-on Growth & Marketing rockstar to help us grow faster and smarter.

You’ll own our marketing funnel — from leads to pipeline — and build smart, data-driven campaigns that actually convert. No fluff, just results.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Running digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEO/SEM)
• Building and optimizing lead funnels from scratch
• Running A/B tests, tracking performance, and improving conversion rates
• Engaging with warm leads via email, LinkedIn, and automation tools
• Creating killer content — landing pages, sales decks, one-pagers, blog posts, case studies
• Collaborating closely with Sales and PreSales to support revenue goals
• Organizing webinars, virtual events, and partner campaigns
• Tracking KPIs and constantly tweaking strategies to perform better
  

• You’ve got 1–5 years of real experience in Digital Marketing / Growth / Demand Gen
• You know your way around lead gen, funnel building, and campaign optimization
• You’re confident with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
• Your English is excellent – writing, speaking, everything
• Bonus points for HubSpot / Apollo / marketing automation experience
• You’re analytical, independent, and love turning data into action
  

• You speak IT/Fintech fluently
• Have marketed B2B enterprise products
• Thrive in early-stage or startup environments
