We’re Hiring: HR Business Partner (HRBP) | Leading Law Firm | Tel Aviv

A top-tier law firm in Tel Aviv is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join its team in a dynamic and impactful role covering the full employee lifecycle.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Serve as a strategic HR partner to managers and employees

• Provide expert guidance on talent development, performance management, employee engagement, and retention

• Lead key HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, training, performance reviews, and employee experience

• Conduct recruitment interviews and support end-to-end hiring

• Work closely with department heads, managing partners, and corporate stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree – required

• 4-5 years of experience in HR or recruitment within a mid-to-large organization

• Proven experience working with senior management

• Independent, proactive, and capable of managing in a fast-paced, multi-interface environment

• Strong team player with prior experience in HR teams
