Partnership and Affiliate Specialist for Shopify Apps

Adoric is looking for a results-driven Affiliate Manager to build and optimize our affiliate program from the ground up. In this contract role, you'll be responsible for setting up the program structure, recruiting high-quality affiliates, and managing relationships to maximize performance and revenue. This is a key position for expanding our growth through partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and launch the Adoric affiliate program, including selecting and setting up platform tools

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing affiliates and partners
  • Define program policies, commission structures, and promotional strategies
  • Manage relationships with affiliates, providing ongoing support and resources
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance; implement optimizations for growth
  • Coordinate exclusive affiliate campaigns, incentives, and communications
  • Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and commission payouts
  • Stay up to date on affiliate marketing trends and competitor programs

Requirements:

2+ years of experience managing affiliates, partnerships, or influencer programs

  • Proven track record of growing and optimizing affiliate programs
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with affiliate platforms such as Refersion, PartnerStack, or similar
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and improve performance
  • Ability to work independently and own end-to-end program delivery
  • Shopify or Shopify app experience is a strong plus
