Role Description
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) specializing in technological recruitment services, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential clients seeking tech talent. Your primary focus will be on outreach, lead generation, and building relationships with prospective clients in the technology sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct targeted outreach via phone, email, and social media to prospective clients in the tech industry.
Understand client needs and challenges related to tech talent acquisition.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure they meet the company's target criteria.
Schedule meetings and demos for the senior sales team to further engage with potential clients.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted campaigns and messaging.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs within the tech recruitment space.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably within the tech or recruitment industry.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand technical roles and recruitment processes.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
Goals:
Build a healthy pipeline of qualified leads.
Support the growth of the sales team by setting appointments and advancing potential deals.
Contribute to achieving revenue targets by expanding the client base for tech recruitment services.
