LAMDA Broking Group is a specialist insurance broker and a Lloyd's Open Market Correspondent, with offices in Israel and the US. We insure high-tech, fintech and life sciences companies: Cyber, D&O, Tech E&O, M&A, Clinical Trials and more, placed with Lloyd's of London and international markets.

Our clients range from startups raising their next round to public companies, large corporates, and dedicated partners who rely on us year after year. From a board that needs D&O cover by Monday to a company entering the US market, they all need what we sell. Someone has to make the first call.

Role Description

This is a sales job. Not a tech job.

As our Student SDR, you open doors. You find companies that need insurance, get CEOs, founders and CFOs on the phone, and book meetings for our brokers. You'll have daily targets and you'll be measured on one thing: meetings booked.

What you'll do:

- Research companies and spot why they need coverage now (a funding round, a US launch, an investor requirement)

- Run outreach by phone, email and LinkedIn

- Follow up on inbound leads fast

- Keep the CRM sharp

Qualifications

- Currently enrolled student in Law, Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing or a related field

- Competitive and driven by targets

- Excellent Hebrew, good English

- Organized enough to track dozens of leads at once

- Comfortable using AI tools to research companies and sharpen your outreach

- Sales or customer-facing experience is an advantage
