Affiliate Manager

Job Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced Affiliates Manager to drive the growth of our affiliate and partnership programs for our SaaS products. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, managing, and optimizing affiliate relationships, ensuring they are aligned with the company’s revenue and brand goals. You will play a key role in expanding our partner network to drive new customer acquisition and increase brand awareness globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the affiliate marketing strategy in alignment with overall marketing and sales targets.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates and strategic partners.
• Build strong relationships with key partners to maximize performance and ensure long-term engagement.
• Negotiate agreements and commission structures with affiliates to optimize profitability.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, legal, finance) to ensure alignment of affiliate offers, messaging, and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, brand standards, and industry best practices.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new opportunities in affiliate marketing and SaaS growth channels.
• Work closely with content and creative teams to ensure affiliates have access to high-converting marketing materials.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in affiliate marketing, preferably in SaaS, tech, or subscription-based business models.
• Strong understanding of affiliate platforms, tracking systems, and SaaS performance marketing.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset — ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in affiliate tools (e.g., PartnerStack, Impact, CJ Affiliate, Refersion, or similar).
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Preferred:

• Experience with international affiliate programs.
• Familiarity with SaaS sales cycles and B2B customer acquisition strategies.
• Knowledge of compliance, GDPR, and data privacy regulations relevant to affiliate marketing.
