Affiliate Manager

We are seeking a talented Affiliate Manager to grow and strengthen our Fintech affiliate network. In this role, you’ll build meaningful relationships with affiliates, drive revenue growth, and optimize campaign performance with a data-driven approach. What You’ll Do 

• Build Relationships: Nurture and expand partnerships with affiliates through consistent, proactive communication to foster long-term, mutually beneficial collaborations. 
• Recruit & Onboard: Identify and onboard new affiliates to grow the network, ensuring a seamless integration process. 
• Optimize Performance: Monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate campaign data, scaling successful campaigns and testing new traffic sources. 
• Drive Revenue: Meet revenue targets outlined in the business plan by negotiating and closing traffic-buying deals with affiliates across various regions. 
• Ensure Quality: Oversee traffic quality, approve partner payouts, and manage lead caps to maintain high standards. 
• Stay Connected: Attend global affiliate events to network and represent ROI Group (travel required). 

What We’re Looking For 

• Communication Skills: Fluent in English (written and verbal) with strong interpersonal abilities. 
• Sales & Negotiation: Basic sales experience with a results-driven mindset and confidence in closing deals. 
• Affiliate Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with affiliate metrics and models (CPA, CPL, CPS, Revenue Share, EPC, ROI). 
• Analytical Mindset: Comfort with data analysis to make informed decisions and optimize performance. 
• Team & Partnership Management: Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with affiliates and internal teams. 
• Willingness to Travel: Excited to attend worldwide affiliate events to build connections. 

Nice-to-Have 

• Experience in crypto casinos or the affiliate/ad industry (1+ years). 
• Familiarity with tracking platforms like Trackbox, Get Linked, Cake, or in-house solutions. 
• Basic understanding of setting up postbacks for accurate stats tracking. 
• Knowledge of online advertising markets, including traffic sources, verticals, and monetization models.
