Affiliate Manager

We're Hiring: Senior Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager at Millennials

Millennials is one of Israel's leading digital marketing agencies, specializing in high-performance, data-driven campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and more. We work with top brands in real estate, education, fintech, and e-commerce—delivering strategies that convert and scale.

We're looking for a high-level Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our professional team in Tel Aviv. If you excel at building strategic partnerships, negotiating deals, and driving performance through influencer and affiliate channels—this role is for you.

• Develop and execute advanced influencer marketing and affiliate strategies with clear ROI goals
• Recruit, onboard, and manage influencers and affiliate partners across multiple verticals and geographies
• Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure long-term success
• Negotiate deals, define commission structures, and monitor campaign profitability
• Collaborate with creative, media buying, and analytics teams to deliver high-performing campaigns
• Analyze performance data, provide insights, and optimize partnership strategies for continuous growth
• Explore and expand into new channels, markets, and verticals

• 2+ years of experience managing influencer or affiliate programs at scale
• Proven ability to source, negotiate, and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and reporting tools
• Independent, results-driven, and highly organized
• Fluent in Hebrew and English (written and spoken)

• Experience with global influencer or affiliate networks
• Background in performance marketing or media buying
• Familiarity with CRM / affiliate tracking platforms (e.g. Impact, Partnerize)
• Strong negotiation experience in high-value deals

• On-site work only (offices in Tel Aviv)
