Responsibilities:

• Identify and analyze the target audience for media campaigns and determine the most effective communication strategies.
• Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with Japanese digital publishers and online advertising platforms.
• Negotiate optimal rates and secure high-impact online media placements.
• Monitor, analyze, and continuously optimize advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Manage end-to-end online campaigns, including setup, performance tracking, and data-driven optimization.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to meet lead generation targets, aligned with the monthly advertising budget.

Requirements:

• Native or fluent Japanese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in digital marketing roles such as Affiliate Manager, Campaign Manager, PPC Manager, Media Buyer, or Online Marketing Manager.
• Strong analytical thinking and negotiation skills.
• Highly self-motivated, able to work independently, and focused on delivering solutions.
• Well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
