The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are successfully positioned, marketed, and adopted in the market. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen and strong stakeholder management skills. It involves collaborating with product, sales, and marketing teams to develop strategies that align with customer needs, industry trends, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Refining Product Positioning & Messaging: Work with marketing teams to shape compelling messaging that highlights the product’s value proposition and differentiation.
- Supporting Go-to-Market (GTM) and Product Strategy: Contribute to the planning and execution of GTM and Product strategies by working with product, marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth product launches and sustained market engagement.
- Conducting Market & Competitive Analysis: Collaborate in collecting and analyzing insights on customer needs, emerging industry trends, and competitor positioning to guide and enhance marketing initiatives and product development strategies.
- Enabling Sales Teams: Develop sales enablement materials, training sessions, and resources in collaboration with sales and marketing teams to support effective product positioning.
- Facilitating Cross-functional Alignment: Work alongside product managers, sales, and marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging, strategy, and execution.
- Tracking Performance & Optimization: Support the monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as product adoption, revenue impact, and customer satisfaction, using insights to refine marketing strategies.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience as a product manager or product marketing manager.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
- Experience supporting go-to-market strategies and product launches
- Familiarity with market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights
- Proven ability to develop compelling product narratives and messaging
- Experience working closely with product management, marketing, and sales teams.
- Experience in B2C and B2B product marketing
- Excellent communication and writing skills in native-level English.
- Ability to work across multiple teams and manage various stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Based in Israel, with the ability to work from our Yizrael office at least four days a week.
