• ments:4+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in a tech environment, preferably within a fast-growing st
• artup.Proven track record in sourcing candidates through various platforms, tools, and creative me
• thods.Experience recruiting for sales and GTM positions in the US and
• EMEA.Hands-on experience conducting phone screenings and in-person interviews across a variety of tech and non-tech
• roles.Able to independently manage end-to-end recruitment processes while collaborating effectively with hiring managers and cross-functional
• teams.Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced and changing enviro
• nment.Tracking, reporting, and drawing insights from recruitment data and proc
