At Degel.PS, you’ll combine sourcing and candidate interviews with recruitment marketing, talent pipeline development, and close collaboration with hiring managers. It’s a varied role with room to contribute ideas and expand your responsibilities as you grow.

What you’ll be doing

• Own recruitment processes from the initial hiring brief through to contract signing.

• Turn hiring needs into clear job descriptions and targeted sourcing plans.

• Find and engage candidates through LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, social media, and new channels.

• Screen CVs and conduct focused phone and in person interviews.

• Coordinate with hiring managers, gather feedback, and keep processes progressing.

• Build relationships with candidates and maintain talent pools for future opportunities.

• Publish and update vacancies, contribute to employer branding, and bring fresh ideas to recruitment campaigns.

• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide timely updates throughout the process.

What you’ll bring

• Around two years of recruitment experience at a staffing agency or project services company.

• Practical experience with sourcing tools, particularly LinkedIn.

• A bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources, or Psychology.

• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.

• The organization and adaptability to move between sourcing, interviews, and ongoing recruitment activities.

• Initiative, sound judgment, and the drive to follow through.

• A real interest in recruitment and the motivation to keep learning.
