New Product Introduction Engineer

We are seeking an experienced NPI Engineer to join our Manufacturing Engineering team in a challenging role

Job Description:

• Overseeing and managing the transition process from development to production (NPI)
• Defining and managing part numbers (PNs), raw materials, and products, as well as building and maintaining product structures
• Creating manufacturing documentation, including setting up BOM for the parent part number, production instructions, assembly drawings, assisting with test procedures, and documenting electrical and/or mechanical drawings
• Identifying new or alternative materials and components, checking their compatibility with specifications, and approving them
• Supporting the creation of development prototypes, assisting with production systems, helping to design or define specifications for production facilities and final testing, optimizing production and testing processes, and supporting ECO change requests
• Job Requirements:
• Education: Engineer or Technician in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or another related engineering field
• Proficiency in ERP Priority – mandatory
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role at a company that develops and manufactures multidisciplinary systems combining electronics, cables, and mechanics
