NPI Electromechanical Engineer- 3848

A high-tech company in the robotics industry is looking for a NPI Electromechanical Engineer

Key Responsibilities

 Own and drive the NPI process from prototype to production, ensuring readiness

in terms of documentation, supply chain, and manufacturability.

 Prepare and manage complete product documentation including BOMs,

mechanical drawings, assembly instructions, and test procedures.

 Work closely with R&D to implement Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and

Design for Test (DFT) principles.

 Coordinate with local and international suppliers and subcontractors, tracking

progress and ensuring quality and delivery schedules are met.

 Lead engineering change management throughout the product lifecycle.

 Provide ongoing production support, troubleshoot issues, and identify areas for

process or product improvement.

 Ensure alignment with project timelines and communicate progress and risks to

all stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering – mandatory.

 Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in electromechanical product

development and manufacturing.

 Proven experience in leading product transfer to production.

 Strong understanding of PCBs, PCBA processes, and manufacturing methods.

 Skilled in creating mechanical drawings, technical documentation, and detailed

BOM structures.

 Familiar with ERP systems and configuration management.

 Fluency in professional English – written and verbal communication skills at a

high level are mandatory for working in a global environment.

 Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

 Experience in motion control or industrial automation – advantage.
