Program and NPI Engineer

Cardo Systems , the global market leader in the field of wireless communication systems for Powersports & Outdoor, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Program and NPI Engineer to join our operations department. Full-time position in a hybrid model (from company’s offices at Raa’nana/from home), reporting to NPI &ODM Team Leader. The Program and NPI Engineer will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between research and development (R&D) and Operations. This position involves managing the transfer of new product lines, overseeing tactical programs, and optimizing cross-company processes, validations, and documentation. This role is crucial in managing the seamless transition of new products from R&D to operations, overseeing tactical programs, and optimizing cross-company processes. Roles & Responsibilities: New Product Introduction (NPI):
* Lead the seamless transfer of new products from R&D to manufacturing operations.

* Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
* Proven experience of at least 3 years in NPI and program management within Tier 1 or Tier 2 manufacturers.
* Experience in companies with an annual volume exceeding $50 million.
* Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and manufacturing processes.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* MS project experience.
* AI tolls adoption experience (copilot, Chat GPT, perplexity, curser etc.).
* Ability to navigate and excel in a matrix management environment.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with consumer electronics industry standards and regulations.
