With operations in both Israel and the U.S., we’re scaling rapidly and seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to lead our global financial operations.

Position Summary

Based in Israel and reporting to the Director of Operations in the U.S., the Controller will be responsible for managing the company’s financial operations across both the Israeli and U.S. entities. This includes full ownership of accounting, payroll, compliance, and financial reporting. The Controller will supervise day-to-day bookkeeping and play a key role in transitioning from outsourced services to a robust internal financial structure. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in both Israeli and U.S. financial compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Compliance

• Oversee all accounting operations in Israel and the U.S., ensuring compliance with local laws and U.S. GAAP.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including consolidated reporting.
• Supervise and manage internal and external bookkeeping resources.
• Manage payroll for both entities, coordinating with Israeli payroll providers and a U.S.-based PEO.
• Ensure accurate tax filings, regulatory compliance, and audit preparedness in both jurisdictions.
• Implement and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures.
• Coordinate with external legal, tax, and audit advisors for compliance, due diligence, and reporting.

Operational Finance

• Oversee accounts receivable, billing, collections, accounts payable, procurement, and expense management.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support intercompany transactions, transfer pricing, and equity-related financial compliance.

Requirements:

• CPA is a must.
• Significant experience in financial management and control, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment.
• Deep understanding of both Israeli and U.S. financial regulations, payroll, and tax compliance.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
