ABOUT FAST CORPORATION

Fast Corporation is an Israeli product-based IT company with offices in Ra’anana, Kyiv, and Belgrade.

We develop and scale digital products for international markets, including PC App Store, a Windows desktop marketplace focused on software discovery, distribution, and monetization, and an internal B2B marketing platform supporting traffic operations, analytics, and partner management.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join Fast Corporation as a Financial Controller and take ownership of financial operations within an international product-based technology company.

This role offers a combination of hands-on Israeli accounting and international financial responsibility, including banking operations across Israel, the US, and Cyprus.

You will manage VAT, accounting, and payroll for up to 20 employees in Israel, while reviewing financial reports prepared independently by local accountants in Ukraine and Serbia.

We are looking for a finance professional who values autonomy, enjoys working across international markets, and is comfortable taking ownership of financial processes from start to finish.

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS

Israeli Accounting & VAT

• Strong hands-on accounting experience in Israel.
• Proven experience independently handling Israeli VAT (מע״מ), including reporting and submissions.
• Strong knowledge of Israeli accounting and tax regulations, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing.

Israeli Payroll & Certification

• Israeli Payroll Accountant certification (חשב/ת שכר בכיר/ה) - mandatory.
• Direct, hands-on experience independently calculating and processing Israeli payroll, including preparing payslips (תלושי שכר).
• Strong knowledge of Israeli payroll legislation, income tax, National Insurance, pension contributions, and statutory benefits.

Product-Based IT / High-Tech

• Previous in-house experience in a product-based IT / high-tech company - mandatory.
• Understanding of financial operations in an international technology business.

International Banking & Payments

• Hands-on experience independently managing international bank accounts and payment operations - mandatory.
• Experience with cross-border payments, multi-currency transactions, cash flow monitoring, and intercompany reconciliations.

Financial Reporting & Languages

• Experience preparing and reviewing P&L statements and financial reports.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Fluent Hebrew and good English - mandatory.

STRONG ADVANTAGES - NOT MANDATORY

• Israeli CPA qualification (רו״ח).
• Big 4 experience (Deloitte, EY, PwC, or KPMG) is a strong advantage. Internship experience is sufficient.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Israeli Accounting & Payroll

• Independently manage accounting and financial operations for the Israeli entity.
• Handle Israeli VAT reporting, submissions, and compliance.
• Manage the full payroll cycle for up to 20 employees, including salary calculations, payslips, statutory deductions, and payments.
• Perform reconciliations, manage month-end/year-end closing, and prepare P&L and financial reports.

International Banking & Payments

• Independently manage banking and payment operations across company accounts in Israel, the US, and Cyprus.
• Execute and monitor international payments, cross-border transfers, and multi-currency transactions.
• Monitor cash flow, bank balances, and intercompany payments and reconciliations.

International Financial Reporting Review

• Review and validate financial reports prepared by local accountants in Ukraine and Serbia.
• Verify data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and coordinate clarifications with local accountants.

Local accountants independently manage their accounting operations and prepare their financial reports.

Financial Coordination

• Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax advisors, and external accountants.
• Provide accurate and timely financial information to management.
