Financial Controller

Omnisys, a leading defense technology company, is looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join our Finance Department in a key and impactful role.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the financial closing and reporting processes
• Preparing ongoing financial reports and internal management reports
• Performing accounting controls and ensuring financial accuracy
• Working closely with external auditors and the U.S.-based parent company
• Providing professional management and oversight of the Accounting and Payroll activities
• Supporting financial processes and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Requirements

• Certified CPA – mandatory
• 4–6 years of experience in Controllership, Financial Reporting, or Audit roles
• Previous team management experience – a significant advantage
• Fluent/high-level English – mandatory
• Experience working with an international company / multinational parent company – an advantage
• Familiarity with US GAAP, SOX, and reporting requirements for a U.S. public company – a significant advantage
• Strong proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
• Ability to work independently, with a high level of accuracy, responsibility, and a broad systemic perspective
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
