We’re looking for a tech-savvy, service-oriented student to join the local IT support team at our office in Tel Hai
Work Schedule: 3–4 days per week, 5–8 hours per day
Employment Type: Temporary (3 months), with a high chance of extension
Responsibilities:
- Reimage laptops using a documented process.
- Track all IT asset movements in the office: returns and distributions of laptops and mobile devices.
- Provide basic troubleshooting support for software and hardware issues.
- Assist users with daily IT problems, such as WiFi issues, certificate installations, Windows Hello setup, and more.
- Communicate with Dell regarding hardware issues and perform the necessary troubleshooting steps.
- Act as on-site support for physical tasks, as directed by the remote IT team.
Requirements:
- Current student in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, IT)
- Availability for flexible, part-time shifts
- Familiarity with basic hardware/software troubleshooting
