We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join Sales team.
The SDR will play a key role in driving revenue growth of our sales pipeline by identifying and generating qualified business partners. You will be responsible for building, managing, and retaining partnerships with key industry professionals.

Established in 2009, GBO specializes in providing B2B solutions for the gaming industry. We streamline global business operations by offering gaming licenses and other corporate services. We work with major gaming groups and B2B entities, covering the entire online casino sector.
About the job
The SDR shall be in charge of expanding the Company’s lead generation activities to
support our fast-growing business. The Sales Specialist shall generate, follow-up,
qualify, and identify opportunities from outbound efforts targeting prospective b2b clients to feed the sales. it is not a regular SDR job but much more.
Functions of the Position:
- Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners who can refer clients to GBO’s services.
- Retain and develop existing partnerships to maximize long-term business value.
- Develop and execute strategies to nurture and expand our partner network.
- Monitor partner performance, track referrals, and analyze business impact.
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, networking, and industry research to source and engage potential partners.
- Represent GBO at major gaming conferences worldwide to strengthen our network.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the gambling & online casino industry
- Ability to travel internationally for meetings and industry events
- Strong background in affiliate management, business development, or partner management
- Proven ability to build, retain, and grow long-term partnerships
- Deep understanding of the gaming industry ecosystem
- Expert in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
Preferred Skills
- Existing network within the gaming industry (preferred but not required)
- Knowledge of gaming regulations, licensing, marketing and compliance
- Experience with sales enablement tools & automation systems
- Strong analytical skills to measure partner performance & ROI
