About the Role:
In your role as a Global Talent Acquisition partner, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to identify top talents for our rapidly expanding organization. As a full-cycle recruiter, you will source talent creatively and effectively, always considering the candidate's experience from the first screening interview to reference checks and job offers.
You will join an exceptional HR team, working alongside some of the most talented hiring managers in a super successful organization. Besides offering a fresh perspective, you will also be able to maintain our strong, globally consistent company culture.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout our full-cycle recruitment process.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external interfaces around the globe.
- Recruit and network with potential candidates using social media platforms, networking events, and other methods.
- Establish a pipeline of diverse and qualified candidates to support the organization's goals.
- Keep the pipeline full of great, relevant candidates
- Think of your data analysis as a process of 'keep learning and improving'
- Responsible for initiating and managing recruitment and HR projects
- Hack everything—propose and lead initiatives
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in recruiting across the tech ecosystem
- Genuine passion for recruitment and talent acquisition
- Experience in global recruitment – an advantage
- Background in fast-paced startup environments
- Native English – spoken, written, and read
- Strong command of social media platforms and sourcing tools
- Proven sourcing expertise with a focus on attracting passive talent
- Proficiency in Excel and data analytics tools
- Experience in Employer Branding and Candidate Marketing – a strong advantage
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with internal stakeholders and candidates
- Hybrid – 3 days a week from our office in Petach Tikva
