Account Manager – Industrial Sector

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our industrial operations team.

This is a dynamic, cross-functional role that involves daily interaction with new and existing clients, end-to-end operational coordination, and collaboration with various departments in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage ongoing relationships with existing and new clients, providing operational support and professional service.
• Coordinate with logistics, production, service, and operations departments to ensure availability and on-time delivery.
• Monitor orders and deliveries, identify issues and exceptions, and provide quick, effective solutions.
• Handle service inquiries and customer complaints until full resolution.
• Generate reports and analyze operational and business data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Work with ERP and CRM systems to manage customer activity, order tracking, and internal processes.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Account Manager or in a customer-facing operational/service role – required.
• Experience in an industrial environment – strong advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office – especially Excel.
• Experience working with ERP (Priority preferred) and CRM systems.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and work independently.
• High level of service orientation, strong interpersonal skills, and team player.
• Analytical thinking, initiative, and hands-on problem-solving ability.
