Sales Development Representative

We’re a small, tight knit, fast-moving, hands-on team - and now we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us grow.

If you’re proactive, tech-savvy, and know how to open doors with confidence this is for you.

What you’ll do:

• Build and manage targeted prospect lists through market research and data analysis
• Own outbound outreach to potential clients via emails, LinkedIn, etc.
• Identify business needs and pain points of prospects to tailor Latent’s solutions effectively.
• Present Latent’s capabilities clearly & compellingly
• Qualify prospects for BANT
• Schedule meetings between quality prospect and our CEO
• Track outreach efforts and manage data accurately in the CRM system
• Work independently in a startup environment

Requirements:

• 2+ years BDR/ SDR/ sales experience - must!
• Experience in B2B client interactions
• Experience selling technical products
• Passionate about GenAI
• Fluent in Hebrew & English (spoken and written)
• Comfortable working remotely or hybrid
• Proactive approach with a strong ability to meet and exceed monthly targets.
• Independent, driven, and a team player
