Sales Development Representative

🚀 We’re hiring our first Sales Development Representative (SDR)!

An early-stage, VC-backed fintech startup is looking for a sharp and motivated SDR to join as one of the first hires and help build our outbound and sales strategy from scratch. You’ll work directly with the CEO and play a key role in shaping how we grow.

✨ What you’ll do:

• Manage the full sales process – from outreach to closing
• Build a multi-channel prospecting engine (email, cold calls, LinkedIn)
• Book meetings with finance leaders and conduct high-impact product demos
• Identify client pain points, present solutions, and help close deals
• Own CRM tracking and collaborate closely with the founding team

🔍 We’re looking for someone who:

• Has at least 1 year of experience in sales or business development
• Is fluent in English
• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Is highly organized, curious, and self-motivated
• Has a background in finance/accounting – a plus
• Is tech-savvy and excited to grow fast in a dynamic environment
• Experience with outreach tools like Clay/Smartlead – a bonus
• Experience selling to finance leaders (CFOs, controllers) – a plus
