Job Description:

• Manage daily operations of the CRM system to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth.
• Develop targeted marketing strategies and digital campaigns tailored to the forex market.
• Create and execute focused campaigns through the CRM platform, analyze results, and continuously optimize performance.
• Maintain customer databases, segment audiences, and create advanced customer profiles.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure seamless coordination and maximum efficiency.
• Utilize BI tools and reporting to extract business insights and measure KPIs.
• Implement automated processes to improve workflow efficiency and customer retention.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing CRM systems, preferably within forex or financial industries.
• Familiarity with popular CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience with digital marketing and targeted campaigns is a plus.
