CRM Manager – Forex Company | Kfar Saba

Job Description:

Manage daily operations of the CRM system to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth.
Develop targeted marketing strategies and digital campaigns tailored to the forex market.
Create and execute focused campaigns through the CRM platform, analyze results, and continuously optimize performance.
Maintain customer databases, segment audiences, and create advanced customer profiles.
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure seamless coordination and maximum efficiency.
Utilize BI tools and reporting to extract business insights and measure KPIs.
Implement automated processes to improve workflow efficiency and customer retention.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing CRM systems, preferably within forex or financial industries.
Familiarity with popular CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience with digital marketing and targeted campaigns is a plus.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in client relationship management and account management
Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
