We are seeking to hire an extraordinary Affiliate Manager to maintain and develop our Fintech affiliate network.
In this role, you will manage the communication with Affiliates that are selling traffic to the network.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain existing relations with affiliates through ongoing and intensive contact.
- Recruitment and Onboarding of new affiliates.
- Monitoring, analysing and optimising data.
- Find and engage new partnerships, maintain long-term cooperation on a win-win basis with the new and existing network affiliates.
- Achieve revenue targets as outlined in the Business Plan.
- Control on traffic quality and partner’s payouts approval.
- Perform traffic planning and buying caps of leads with the network Affiliates across various geos.
- Negotiate and close traffic Buying deals with the network Affiliates.
Requirements:
- High level of both verbal and written English
- At least 2 years of working experience in an affiliate network or ad industry
- Crypto Casinos experience
- High sales and negotiation skills
- Understanding of affiliate metrics, unit economics and models of cooperation: CPA, CPL, CPS, Revenue Share, EPC, ROI
- Data-driven and results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel to worldwide affiliate events.
- Experience with known tracking solutions: Trackbox/Get linked /cake/in-house
- knowledge of how to set up postbacks for correct stats transfer.
- Global understanding of online advertising markets: traffic sources, verticals, monetization models
