As a Technical Account Manager at Noma Security, you will be the first post-sales hire, owning the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing success. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our enterprise customers, helping them unlock maximum value from our Data & AI Lifecycle Security platform. As a highly technical and proactive individual contributor, you will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Security teams to ensure customer satisfaction, drive adoption, and influence product direction based on real-world feedback.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role (TAM, Solutions Engineer, Implementation Manager, etc.)
- Strong technical orientation with the ability to dive into product behavior, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with engineers
- Proven experience working with enterprise customers in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity/data domains
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional interactions
- Experience navigating customer needs and aligning product capabilities to business value
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and building processes from scratch
- Big advantage: Experience in AI/ML workflows, data platforms, or cybersecurity products
