You’ll be the bridge between our customers and our technical capabilities - translating needs, guiding processes, and ensuring exceptional delivery.
Job Description
Act as the primary point of contact for customers - owning relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction.
Translate customer needs into actionable technical tasks and oversee their delivery.
Collaborate with internal tech teams to ensure seamless execution.
Continuously learn and stay current on emerging cybersecurity trends and tools.
Requirements:
* 2-3 years experience in customer-facing roles
* Excellent interpersonal communication
* HO Experience with firewalls, EDR, vulnerability scanning tools, SaaS security OR Programming experience and deep understanding of cybersecurity
* Fluent Hebrew and strong English
* Tech curiosity
