The Role: We are seeking a skilled Technical Pre-Post Sales Manager to join our technical services department. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between sales and customer success, ensuring seamless onboarding and exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead pre-sales activities, including technical deployment sessions, initial onboarding, and POC kick-offs, while providing support to the sales team.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers post-sale, conducting technical onboarding sessions, quarterly reviews, and driving adoption and retention.
• Identify and facilitate up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer value.
• Engage in remote, customer-facing interactions to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Hands-on experience with network infrastructure (troubleshooting routers, switches, firewalls) and hypervisors (deploying VMware, Hyper-V, etc.) – Mandatory.
• Comfortable working with Linux-based and Windows-based systems.
• Working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a strong plus.

• High proficiency in English (written and oral) is a MUST.
• Full-time position based in Ramat Gan (Bursa). The position is mainly in-office with WFH flexibility.
• Regular working hours with flexibility as needed.
