Affiliate Manager

We are a performance-based Affiliate Network & Digital Marketing company specializing in the Fintech, Dating, and Casino verticals, and we're on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Affiliate Manager to join our team in Tel Aviv.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our Fintech affiliate network, maintaining strong relationships with partners, and optimizing affiliate performance to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
*Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing affiliates through consistent and proactive communication.
*Recruit and onboard new affiliates to expand our global network.
*Monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance and traffic quality.
*Collaborate with partners to maximize results through data-driven decisions and win-win strategies.
*Track KPIs and ensure revenue targets are met as outlined in the business plan.
*Manage traffic planning, budgeting, and buying caps across different geos.
*Negotiate and close traffic-buying deals with new and existing affiliates.
*Maintain control over partner payouts and fraud prevention.
*Stay current with market trends and represent the company at international affiliate events.

Requirements:
*Fluent in English (written and verbal).
*Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
*In-depth understanding of affiliate marketing models: CPA, CPL, CPS, RevShare, EPC, ROI.
*Minimum 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing or the ad-tech industry.
*Experience with tracking platforms (e.g., Trackbox, GetLinked, Cake, or in-house systems).
*Ability to set up postbacks and manage accurate data reporting.
*Analytical mindset with a focus on performance.
*Experience in the Crypto Casino niche – a strong advantage.
