Affiliate Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Affiliate Manager to lead and grow our affiliate marketing program. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep hands-on experience in affiliate partnerships, a passion for performance marketing, and an ability to build strong relationships. Responsibilitie

• sOwn and manage eTeacher’s affiliate marketing program end-to-end
• .Recruit, onboard, and activate new affiliate partners globally
• .Nurture and grow relationships with existing affiliates to maximise performance
• .Monitor, analyse, and optimise affiliate performance across KPIs (traffic, conversion, ROI)
• .Collaborate with creative, product, and growth teams to deliver assets, promotions, and messaging tailored to affiliate needs
• .Stay on top of affiliate marketing trends and competitor programs
• .Identify and pursue partnership opportunities within Jewish organizations and/or Christian evangelical communities
• .Ensure compliance with brand and performance standards

Requirements

• :
  5+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager or in a similar partnership-driven ro
• le.Proven track record of successfully managing affiliate programs in a global B2C environme
• nt.Strong understanding of online marketing, user acquisition funnels, and performance metri
• cs.Excellent communication and relationship-building skil
• ls.Full professional proficiency in English – spoken and writt
• en.Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with tracking and affiliate platforms (e.g., HasOffers, Impact, C
• J).Experience working with Jewish organizations and/or Christian evangelical communities is a strong advanta
