Role description:
We're expanding our ecosystem and looking for a highly driven Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager to lead and scale our partner strategy. This high-ownership role is ideal for someone who thrives on building from scratch, driving deals end-to-end, and thinking big about growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• A-Z Ownership:
o Open doors, schedule meetings, and pitch like a pro.
o Close deals and handle post-call follow-ups.
o Independently follow up and drive deals forward.
o Conduct discovery and demo calls with potential partners.
• Strategic Planning & Market Analysis:
o Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analyses to proactively identify strategic opportunities, market shifts, and competitive threats, providing actionable insights to leadership.
• Partner Management & Relationship Maintenance:
o Manage existing partnerships proactively, conducting regular strategic reviews (QBRs), solving conflicts, optimizing ongoing relationships, and continuously seeking opportunities to expand and deepen partnerships
• Ideation & Innovation:
o Proactively generate innovative partnership ideas and business models, initiating pilots and minimum viable partnerships (MVPs) to test and validate strategic hypotheses.
• Financial Acumen & Budgeting:
o Manage partnership budgets and forecasting, ensuring financial alignment and profitability. Negotiate terms, coordinate legal reviews, and manage contract execution processes
• Internal Coordination & Cross-functional Alignment:
o Act as the liaison between external partners and internal teams (Legal, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure alignment, rapid feedback loops, and optimized execution
• Technology & Tools Mastery:
o Maintain and optimize CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), utilizing advanced analytics and reporting capabilities to provide clear visibility into deal progression and partnership effectiveness
• Industry Events & Thought Leadership:
o Represent MediaFuse at industry conferences, events, and webinars, serving as a subject matter expert and promoting the company’s thought leadership within the PR and media ecosystem
• Achievement of goals:
o Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
o Reports to VP Partnerships.

1. Proven track record of independently closing complex, high-value deals.
2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to easily create connections with people.
3. Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, startup environments.
4. Organized, accountable, and results-driven.
5. Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRMs.
6. High level of English, able to speak fluently.
