Job description
As a Partner Development Manager at Direct Experts (DEX), you will play a pivotal role in developing business with our strategic partners. The role requires collaboration with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure constant growth of our strategic partnerships. Your responsibilities will include managing the ongoing relationships with the company’s strategic partners, business planning, development of new business initiatives and organization of marketing communication activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with partner managers from vendor side to translate vendor business initiatives into commercial activities.
- Develop new partnerships and initiatives to complement existing solution portfolio.
- Act as a primary point of contact for sales and marketing teams regarding vendor operations.
- Manage budgets and funding requests.
- Organize vendor events and PR initiatives.
- Support marketing with vendor-based content and budgets.
- Alert management on potential issues with vendor.
- Maintain vendor-based resources and reference documentation for the sales team.

Professional requirements
Must
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B Tech commercial activities (sales/marketing).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent administrative and record-keeping skills.
- Bachelor's degree.
- High level English – reading, writing, speaking.
