Tech Partnerships Manager

What will you be responsible for?

Identifying new partnership opportunities that align with business goals and the technology roadmap.
Leading negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and successful execution.
Building and nurturing meaningful relationships between Lusha and key stakeholders across our technology partners’ organizations — including executives, product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
Working closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, and operations) to align partnership initiatives with company goals.
Tracking, measuring, and analyzing the effectiveness of partnerships, providing recommendations for optimization.
Advocating for partners internally and influencing product features and roadmaps based on market feedback.

Here’s what we need from you:

7+ years of experience in technology and strategic partnerships
Proven track record of building and scaling technology partnerships that drive measurable business outcomes.
Strong understanding of SaaS, APIs, integrations, and/or enterprise software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels—from engineers to C-suite.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and translate them into business opportunities for internal and external stakeholders.
Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
