CRM Manager

We’re a fast-growing social gaming company focused on players in the US and Canada. Our mission is to bring innovation, excitement, and a fresh twist to traditional social gaming — with a strong focus on user experience and high retention.

As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a CRM Manager to help us build meaningful, long-term relationships with our players and take our engagement efforts to the next level.

Responsibilities

• Full management of the overall Push notifications and Email marketing campaigns strategy to all studios.
• Take advantage of the full capabilities of the CRM system and own the relationship with the CRM platform
• Work closely with the data team and monetization to enhance audience segmentation and customer modeling, and campaign performance reporting.
• Regularly review campaigns and KPIs.

Qualifications

• 1 year + experience as a CRM/email marketing manager or equivalent
• Experience in Optimove and Salesforce is a HUGE advantage.
• Technical knowledge with CRM and analytical systems
• Background in the gaming industry is a significant plus
• Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude
• Fluent in English (written & Spoken)
