Quality Assurance Engineer

Startup Company developing drones and docking stations for defense, infrastructure maintenance, and industrial use cases, integrating image processing and artificial intelligence on an autonomous platform.

Located in the Modi'in area.

As part of the role:

• Design, implement, and execute manual tests to verify the reliability, performance, and functionality of the drone system and web applications.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for all test cases, results, and issue logs.
• Work closely with Product, Development, and Operations teams to clarify requirements, understand use cases, and define test criteria.
• Identify, document, and report bugs, and follow up on their resolution.
• Conduct testing on drone systems in real-world environments, ensuring reliable product performance under various conditions.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience of at least 7 years in QA testing for complex systems, with in-depth knowledge of hardware, embedded software, and cloud services.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in end-to-end testing of systems that include hardware, embedded software, and cloud applications.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of working in a Linux/Unix environment.
• Familiarity with drone technologies, robotics, or autonomous systems.
