Job Description:
- Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions.
- Provide training and implement the system for clients.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing and new clients.
- Monitor client performance and analyze product usage.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including Sales, Development, and Product teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role – mandatory.
- Technological orientation and familiarity with customer management tools (CRM) – an advantage.
- High proficiency in Hebrew and English – mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach.
- Valid driver's license – mandatory.
