Job Description:

Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions.
Provide training and implement the system for clients.
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing and new clients.
Monitor client performance and analyze product usage.
Collaborate with internal departments, including Sales, Development, and Product teams.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role – mandatory.
Technological orientation and familiarity with customer management tools (CRM) – an advantage.
High proficiency in Hebrew and English – mandatory.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach.
Valid driver's license – mandatory.
