Information Technology Specialist

International high-tech company in the field of communication solutions, which has developed an optimization management system for 4G/5G roaming and interconnect services for telecom providers worldwide. The company serves over 400 operators and has hundreds of paying international customers.

Headquartered in Ra'anana, the company employs around 500 people globally, including 35 in Israel.

About the Role-

• Part of an international IT team
• Responsible for planning, configuring, implementing, and maintaining company systems
• Managing network infrastructure, virtualization, backups, and storage
• Collaborating on global tech projects and maintaining IT documentation
• On-call rotation, including occasional weekends
• Tech stack: VMware, Windows Server, Linux, SAN/NAS, VPN, Azure AD, Hybrid Cloud, Backup & DR, SLA/KPI, IT policies

Requirements-

• 3 years of experience as an IT Specialist / System Administrator
• Experience with backups and recovery (e.g., SAN / NAS)
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware)
• Experience with both Linux and Windows environments
• Experience with cloud platforms (any provider)
• On-premises infrastructure experience – Advantage
• Experience with Azure AD (Active Directory) – Advantage
• Experience managing external IT vendors – Advantage
• Experience working in a global team – Advantage
